This book was a tough read for the first half, but that is not a bad thing. It required thinking, evaluating and not a little emotion from me. All that I have learned in practice about life recovery is in this book, though I hadn’t always known the theory and terminology behind it. This was a personal read for me, and a confirmation that I have done well taking my life back.
I would definitely recommend this book to family members, friends and neighbours. It is an excellent resource, not to be missed in the journey.
